As a value-added service to our I/C Drivers, we offer our customized Bill Pay Services option. With this service, we will be happy to pay your reoccurring monthly bills for you. You also have the option of having us split the deductions into smaller weekly amounts thereby having a smaller impact on your paycheck. We will hold each of the weekly deductions in escrow and pay each bill once a month before its due date. This will alleviate the burden of keeping track of when important bills are due and avoid late charges and penalties for bills not paid on time while protecting your valuable credit history.

The types of reoccurring monthly bills we can pay for you include payment of personal and business vehicle loans/leases, payments of both your personal as well as business insurance policies, self-employed FICA, self-employed Federal and State income taxes, fuel taxes, mortgage payments, monthly payments of most any other types of loans, child support payments, etc. At this time, we cannot pay utility bills or other similar type bills in which the monthly amount due fluctuates from month to month.

This service is free to our drivers. You can sign up for this service at the time you sign our contract and you can add/delete payor categories at any time. Please remember that we must have a signed & completed I/C Bill Payment Services Form and copies of the most current bills for each account to be paid by CRS. Once we receive the required documents, it takes approximately one (1) week to set up the payor information and deduction schedule for your account.

Our vast computer resources and custom-designed software allows for two (2) types of Driver Deductions. These two types are called:

One-time Deductions, and
Re-occuring Deductions

Under the One-time Deductions, we have the capability of handling two (2) deductions per driver. Under the Re-Occuring Deductions, we have 4 categories with each category capable of handling up to 999 different deductions per driver.

The fee for this service is included in our basic service fees!
