| We provide each Motor Carrier client with a pre-determined
set of reports which will give them the basic information they
may need with the ease of touching a few keys. Additional custom-designed
reports can be generated utilizing any of the data fields captured
in the database. These custom-desgined reports can be either
a one-time project or we can set up a routine that will allow
you to run the same report or series of reports anytime you
desire or have the computer automatically generate and e-mail
the report or series of reports to you on a specified day each
week, each month, or any other time period. |

| Since customer sercice is our ultimate job responsibility,
we have a service called Custom-Tailored Solutions
which is staffed with a number of very talented computer analysts
and programmers which make accomplishing cirtually any data
processing project fast, easy and efficient. Our fee for the
basic pre-determined reports are included in our basic service
fees. |

| Our Custom-Tailored Solutions service is priced separately
by the job. After obtaining detailed instructions from the client,
we will provide a written cost sheet in advance of beginning
work with a time frame for completion of the Custom-Tailored
Solution. |

| The cost shown is the amount you will be billed - any cost
overruns are our responsibility, not yours. While we cannot
guarantee completion by a given day, we will endeavor to meet
any time table provided by us. |
